Founder and investment fund manager at Synergy Finance, specializing in tactical asset allocation, statistical modeling, and quantitative research. In 2016, he was awarded by the President of the Republic of Lithuania for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of economics.
Greta has extensive experience in business development, managing client and investor-related functions. Earlier in her career, she honed her skills at Nordgain, part of the Lewben Group, which provides financial management services. In recent years, she has been responsible for attracting investments for real estate projects on the Röntgen platform. Greta focuses on continuous and direct communication with both novice and professional investors, assisting them in selecting investments that align with their financial goals and expectations.
Justina serves as a portfolio manager at INVL Asset Management, where she is responsible for managing second and third-pillar pension funds, investment insurance strategies, and institutional client portfolios. She specializes in equities, contributing to strategy formulation and execution by investing in selected ETFs (exchange-traded funds) and other financial instruments. With a strong academic background in mathematics and finance, Justina bases her investment decisions on quantitative research and analysis.
Ornela has over 15 years of practical experience in local and international art markets,
with expertise in both classical and contemporary art. She is also a lecturer and researcher,
with her dissertation focusing on "Modeling Contemporary Art Investment Strategies in the
Geopolitical Conflicts." In 2023, she was recognized as
Context of the "Leading Female Figure in Art Wealth Management" by the Wealth and Finance International Fund Awards.
Ornela is dedicated to demystifying art investment and educating the public about art as an accessible and
intriguing investment opportunity.
With over 8 years of experience in the financial markets, Greta has gained diverse insights into the industry—from understanding its operations from a back-office perspective to experiencing its dynamics on the front line as a financial broker. She has also deepened her expertise by focusing on client needs and coordinating stock trading department activities. Her professional growth has been supported by the CFA Institute, and this year, she is proud to have passed all three levels of the CFA exams.
After intense workdays, Greta finds clarity and relaxation through Thai Boxing, or Muay Thai.
Marijus is one of Lithuania's most experienced investment management professionals, with over 25 years of market experience. A graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in 1997, he began his career in the investment management division of the Swedbank Group (formerly Hansabank). He later spent nearly a decade at SEB Bank Group, most of which was as the head of the pension and investment fund management team. He also served as the Director of the Investment Management Department at the Bank of Lithuania. Until 2021, Marijus was an active member and chairman of the board of the Pension Funds Participants Association. Currently, he serves as a board member and Chief Investment Officer at the pension accumulation company "Goindex" and is a partner at Genus Family Office, a family office focused on wealth management.
